● Presented regulation guidance to end unlawful bypass of road vehicle emission controls by third-party defeat devices, to help catch indiscretions.

● Placed in the Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, Office of Civil Enforcement, Air Enforcement Division, Mobile Source Enforcement Branch.
